It is called 'a bed and breakfast suite with business class comfort'. Basically this translates to having your own apartment with private entrance and kitchen.

The Flying Pancake is a 1730's monumental house and listed as a National Historic Building. It is located on the eastern borders of the city center, walking distance from the famous skinny bridge.

Things cannot go wrong here. Rated 5 out 5 on sites like TripAdvisor, it is bound to be worth your money. Prices start 135 EUR a night or EUR 810 a week.
